In this issue we look at the histo- ry of the Place Masséna in Nice, and given the wealth and quan- tity of information we have, we’ll conclude this in the next issue of Petit IMMO.
The city of Nice is going through a lot of changes which have seen the redevelopment of a number of districts and the creation of new centres, such as the Place du Pin and the port, where a new restaurant, l’Uzine, has opened in a former industrial loft. We loved the attentive service and the display of art, and the Medi- terranean cuisine completely won us over.
We recently met René Galassi, a visual artist, and want to tell you about his unusual career and his remarkable work.
In the coming events we have chosen there are a number of art exhibitions – in particular, Gilbert Pedinielli at the CIAC de Carros – some plays and spor- ting events, and we hope to see you there.
As usual, the advice we have to pass on from our financial advi- sers is relevant and useful. In this issue they are about « From the purchase offer to the pro- mise of sale ».
In the real estate section you will find a selection of properties for sale with our five branches along the coast from Cap Ferrat to the port in Nice. If something catches your eye, do come to one of the branches to find out more and go to see the property; you will have the full attention of one of our staff whose job is to take your needs and expecta- tions into account and help you find the most suitable property for you.
Our staff will help you through all the different stages of buying or selling property, whether pri- vate or commercial, for seaso- nal or long rental of a villa or apartment.
We hope you find this new issue of Petit Immo interesting and informative and that the coming season is mellow and fruitful.
