N°16 Le Petit IMMO

First of all, we would like to thank you warmly for your faithfulness, and sometimes even, your enthusiasm for our quarterly publication. As for us, we always experience the same excitement and “stage fright” when we submit it to your scrutiny. For this spring term we have assigned the Petit Immo the role of treasure seeker. Even though you are familiar with the Raquel Meller Avenue, there is hardly a chance you know who she was and by what extraordinary fate, this singer became a silent movie star. Our personality column unveils the truth.

Rare are the tourists that stroll through the “Place du Pin” in the heart of Nice harbour district. Only the locals and initiates go there. And yet, a treasure is to be found right at “Place du Pin”. Since 2002, an exquisite Spanish fragrance has been emanating from a discreet spot in which chef Anthony RIOU excels at cooking. We offer you the portrait of one of the most talented, original and passionate cuisine experts.

Finally, a new treasure has been rediscovered at Beaulieu sur Mer: “La Rotonde”. It is soon to get back its ancient splendour and become a treat for your taste buds too. This gem of the early twentieth century architecture will be refurbished in order to be on duty again by the end of 2010. You will read the details of the story in our Monument column.

Whether you live at Beaulieu, Villefranche or in Nice, our teams are on the spot. They are prepared to answer any question you might ask as well as optimize any project you feel very strongly about.

Once again, our tax experts have not spared their efforts for the file on the Bouvard law.
CENTURY 21 LAFAGE teams hope you will spend a pleasant, indeed useful, moment reading through the pages of our “Le Petit Immo” latest issue.
